Do you have previous experience working within a manufacturing environment, are you looking for a job that could lead to a full time contract, and are you able to get to Hortonwood?! We are seeking a Production Operative for a well established manufacturing business based in the Hortonwood area of Telford, Shropshire,  the working hours for this job will initially be day shifts (7.45am – 4.15pm Monday to Thursday , 8.00am – 1.00pm Friday) - 37 hours per week, but after a 12 week probation period you will move onto a rotating 6-2/2-10 shift pattern Monday to Friday. The starting rate of pay is £13.10 per hour whilst working on day shifts, but once you move onto a permanent contract and the rotating shift pattern, your pay rate will increase to £15.74 per hour (which includes a shift allowance), with the top end pay rate being £16.18 per hour once you are fully trained and signed off as a competent operator. Previous experience from within the aerospace, automotive or electronics industry would be well received.
