You’ll have experience in a similar role, and in return the position offers hands-on training, clear standards to work to, and the opportunity to support the area leader. Shift Pattern- 4 on 4 off days & nights What You Will Do: - Maintain a safe, hazard-free working area and follow risk-assessed procedures every shift. - Support quality standards by following work instructions, escalating issues early, and helping achieve "right first time". - Keep high hygiene levels by following clean-as-you-go practices and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). - Complete tasks requested by the Area Owner or Shift Leader, including preparation of areas on the line and break relief cover. - Contribute to continuous improvement by supporting out-of-spec root cause analysis and suggesting practical enhancements to improve safety, quality, performance and reduce waste. - Record information accurately and communicate clearly during shift changeover to keep operat...
