Part-Time Production Operative - Mould Bumper ManufacturingLocation: Measham, DE12 7DSHours: 16 hours per week (Monday - Thursday)Shift Option 1 - 1:30pm - 5:30pm (Potential mandatory overtime from 5.30pm - 7.30pm, depending on customer demands)Shift Option 2 - 1:00am - 3:00pm (Potential mandatory overtime from 3.00pm - 5.00pm, depending on customer demands)Pay Rate: 12.41About the RoleWe are looking for reliable, hardworking Production Operative to join our team in Measham, working within our mould bumper production department. You will assist in the manufacturing process, ensure products meet quality standards, and help maintain a clean and safe working environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate injection moulding machines safely and efficiently to produce automotive bumpers to specification.Load and unload moulding tools, materials, and components following work instructions.Support painting line operations, including preparation, hanging, de-masking, and handling of painted parts.Carry out basic assembly or finishing tasks such as trimming, fitting clips, or attaching brackets.Ensure correct use and care of tools and equipment.What We''re Looking ForPrevious experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred, not essential)Good attention to detail and reliabilityAbility to work well as part of a teamWillingness to work overtime when requiredWhy Join UsPart-time hours ideal for work-life balanceFriendly and supportive team environmentOpportunity to gain ..... full job details .....
