Production Operative

JK Recruitment Hub is supporting an established Manufacturing company near Dosthill, Tamworth in their search for experienced Production Operatives. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company with many years of success, experiencing significant growth as they continue to produce building materials to distribute worldwide. Key Responsibilities: This is a hands on role where you will be trained to use specialised tools and machinery to produce finished products ready for distribution. Operate different factory/plant machinery Support the packaging of finished products Support the loading and unloading vehicles Quality Assurance checks What We re Looking For: Previous experience working within a heavy/industrial based environment and ideally completed roles such as Production Operative, Machine Operator or Labourer based positions. Be hands on with a can do attitude Good attention to detail Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills Prepared to train on new machinery Working Hours: We are recruiting for a number of positions and have both Day and Night Shifts available. x2 Vacancies on Nights - 6pm till 5am x4 Vacancies on Days - 6am till 5pm Working on a 4 shifts On - 4 shifts Off rota pattern What s in It for You?
