Job Title; Production Operatives-

Salary;- -12.71 per hour-

Shift Pattern; Monday - Friday 6.00am - 2.00pm & 2.00pm - 10.00pm rotating weekly,

Location;- Fleckney, Leicestershire

Our client is seeking Production Operatives to join their busy manufacturing facility based in the South of Leicestershire. This is an excellent opportunity to forge a career with an established company with the possibility of securing permanent work.-

The Role;

• Assisting in the production of goods
• Quality checking goods to customer specification-
• Finding and removing faults at fixed stages of production process-
• Making sure production is accurate but still adhering to production targets-
• Inspecting materials for defects-
• Input into updating quality control polices

The Candidate;

• Willing to work a 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm on a rotating shift pattern-
• A willingness to undertake further relevant training-
• Keen eye for detail to keep up 100% customer satisfaction
• Good communication skills as working within a team
