About the Role We are looking for a reliable and motivated Production Operative to join a busy production team. You will play an important role in supporting the manufacturing process, ensuring products are produced efficiently, safely, and to the required quality standards. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced working environment. Key Responsibilities Assist with daily production tasks to meet targets and deadlines Operate machinery and equipment safely following training and instructions Carry out basic quality checks and report any faults or issues Pack, label, and prepare products for dispatch Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working area Handle materials and stock as required Follow all health and safety procedures at all times Person Specification Good attention to detail Ability to work well as part of a team Willingness to follow instructions and learn new tasks Physically able to carry out manual duties and stand for periods Reliable with good timekeeping Previous production or manufacturing experience is an advantage but not essential, as full training will be provided Willing to work rotational shifts ..... full job details .....
