ROLE: Production Operative

LOCATION: Wellingborough

HOURS OF WORK: 2pm-10.30pm

BASIC SALARY: -13.91 Per Hour

ADDITIONAL BENEFITS: Temp-Perm, full training and support, career progression opportunities, Monday to Friday (no weekends), immediate start.

Company Profile

Our client is a well established company within Wellingborough who are seeking Production Operatives to join their organisation on a temporary to permanent basis. If you are hard working, and looking for a long term work this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

In this Production Operative role, you will:

• Operate various cutting, toughing and sealing machines.
• Load and unload products onto machines.
• Manually measure and cut products.
• Quality check orders.
• Support the team to meet daily targets.
• Maintain an excellent standard of housekeeping.

In order to be successful as a Production Operative you must:

• Have previous experience in production environments.
• Be physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
• Have good attention to detail.
• Have good verbal communication skills.
• The ability to work in a fast paced production role.
