ROLE: Production OperativeLOCATION: WellingbroroughHOURS OF WORK: 6am - 2:30pm Mon - Thu / 6am - 12:30 FriBASIC SALARY: 13.50 rising to 14.00 after 12 weeksADDITIONAL BENEFITS: 28 days holiday, pension, temp to perm opportunities, free tea/coffee/water dispensers, early finish on Fridays Company ProfileOur client that we have supported for over 20 years are currently seeking Production operatives to join their organisation based in Wellingborough on a temporary to permanent basis. You''ll be working for a well-established manufacturing business with over 70 years of existence supplying the automotive sector.Your duties will involve Pressing/welding/spraying and lifting mechanical parts to meet planned volumes and targets in accordance with safety and quality standards. Excellent ongoing training and support will be provided throughout.
