ROLE: Production OperativeHOURS OF WORK / SALARY: 3 Week rotation shiftsMonday to Friday, 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00 - 15.14 per hour (40 Hours - All breaks Paid)Sunday to Thursday, 22:00-06:00 - 15.62 per hour (40 Hours - All breaks Paid)Overtime is paid x1.5 after 40 hours Monday - Saturday and x2 after 40 hours on Sunday and Bank Holidays depending on shift ranging between 21.85 - 29.03. ADDITIONAL BENEFITS:Lots of overtime available. Temp to perm opportunities. All breaks paid, opportunities for training and progression particularly on the Counterbalance FLT. In this Production Operative role, you will be responsible for:Unloading materials used in production.Removing the straps or bands holding bundles of material together.Feeding graded material into the production line so the machines can process it.Sorting and grading material to make sure it meets the required specifications.Working in a safe manner and adhering to all health and safety standards.
