Production Operative

Job Title: Production Operative - Despatch Location: EastbournePay rate: £12.71 p/hWorking Hours: Immediate start. Monday to Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm during the initial training period (approximately 3 months). Shift Pattern: Following the training period, the successful candidate will be required to move onto a rotating shift pattern. Candidates must be willing and able to work a triple-shift pattern in the future. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong computer skills, excellent written and verbal English communication abilities, and a high level of attention to detail. The role involves processing a high volume of customer shipments while ensuring accuracy, efficiency and excellent service at all times. Main Duties: Process and manage a high volume of daily customer shipments. Coordinate communications with external warehouse partners via email. Liaise with internal Customer Service teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment. Support the delivery of excellent customer service by ensuring shipments are processed accurately and efficiently. Maintain accurate shipment records and update relevant computer systems. Use business systems and Microsoft Office applications to manage shipment information.
