This is a hands-on role focused on batch production and quality-driven manufacturing processes. Key responsibilities Operate and monitor batch production processes to produce materials to specification Weigh, measure and accurately mix raw materials and formulations according to batch sheets Prepare, load and unload ovens and curing equipment; assist with spray/powder application lines where required Carry out pre-treatment tasks (masking, degreasing, blasting) and basic surface preparation as needed Perform quality checks and inspections, record batch data and maintain production paperwork Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all health & safety, COSHH and PPE procedures Report equipment faults and assist with routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance Work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets and de...
