Production Operative

Job Title: Production Operative Job Type: Temporary to Permanent Location: Henlow Salary: £28,924 per annum (including 20% shift allowance) Our well known client based in Henlow are looking for Production Operative''s to join their growing team, on a Temp to Perm basis. The successful candidates will be working along the Production line, running the machinery. This is a great opportunity for someone who is used to working on their feet and being hands on. The hours for this role run Monday to Friday, on a 6-week rotational basis (with overtime available): - 6am to 2pm - 2pm to 10pm - 10pm to 6am Main Skills and Responsibilities for a Production Operative: - To run machines and produce weather seals - Replacement of raw materials to ensure continuous production - Quality Control checks on profiles - To report potential quality issues to supervisor - Be aware of scheduling requirements - Maintain high level of housekeeping - Adhere to all health and safety protocols Candidate requirements as a Production Operative: - Seeking long term opportunities within a thriving business - Good dexterity and experience working with hand, air, and power tools - Able to lift up to 20kg - Excellent time keeping and attendance - Able to work unsupervised or as part of a team - Self motivation - Open to working both day and night shifts Perks of working on a Temp to Perm basis: - Opportunity to join a thriving business - Weekly pay - 24/7 support - Tax relief scheme on travel - Rewards ..... full job details .....
