Job Title: Production OperativeJob Type: PermanentLocation: Henlow Salary: £29,791.31 per annum (including 20% shift allowance)Our well known client based in Henlow are looking for Production Operative''s to join their growing team, on a Temp to Perm basis. The successful candidates will be working along the Production line, running the machinery. This is a great opportunity for someone who is used to working on their feet and being hands on.The hours for this role run Monday to Friday, on a 6-week rotational basis (with overtime available):- 6am to 2pm- 2pm to 10pm- 10pm to 6amMain Skills and Responsibilities for a Production Operative:- To run machines and produce weather seals- Replacement of raw materials to ensure continuous production- Quality Control checks on profiles- To report potential quality issues to supervisor- Be aware of scheduling requirements- Maintain high level of housekeeping- Adhere to all health and safety protocolsCandidate requirements as a Production Operative:- Seeking long term opportunities within a thriving business- Good dexterity and experience working with hand, air, and power tools- Able to lift up to 20kg- Excellent time keeping and attendance- Able to work unsupervised or as part of a team- Self motivation- Open to working both day and night shiftsCompany benefits:- 24 days annual leave + bank holidays- Annual Attendance bonus for 100% attendance 3% of annual salary- Pension scheme- Employee Assistance Programme- Death in Service Benefit ..... full job details .....
