Location: Coalville
Pay Rate: £17.31 per hour
Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off rotating shifts (6:00am – 6:00pm / 6:00pm – 6:00am)

Please note: Due to the site''s location and lack of public transport, you must have your own transport.

Our client is a leading manufacturer of high-quality clay and concrete building products, supplying some of the UK''s most recognised names in the construction industry. They''re looking for reliable, hard-working Production Operatives to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to working safely. Previous manufacturing experience isn''t essential – full training will be provided.

What you''ll be doing

• Operating production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Monitoring product quality and removing any defective items.
• Keeping production running smoothly while minimising downtime.
• Working as part of a team to achieve safety, quality and production targets.
• Following all site health and safety procedures.
• Getting stuck in wherever needed to support the production process.

What we''re looking for

• Reliable, punctual and keen to learn.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Own transport is essential due to the location.
