Production Operative As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and quality-compliant manufacture of filtration products. Details Salary - 12.71 per hourWorking Hours are - (Apply online only) Monday - FridayLocation - NorthamptonDuration - Temp to perm, 12 weeks Role of a Production Operative Work in full compliance with ISO45001 safety standards. Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with training. Complete assigned work orders with correct material usage and timely execution. Accurately log shop floor data into systems. Use visual boards to check daily targets, report issues, and raise escalations as needed. Monitor raw material usage and promptly report discrepancies. Perform basic operator-level maintenance tasks (e.g., cleaning, lubrication). Requirements for a Production Operative Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (desirable). Ability to follow instructions, SOPs, and quality standards consistently. Comfortable using digital systems for time and material recording (e.g., SFDC). Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward safety and quality. Willingness to learn and flexibility to work across different production cells and teams.
