      <description>Location: Lowestoft | Salary: &amp;pound;12.71 - &amp;pound;19.07/hour | Type: Temporary | Production Operative    Location:  Lowestoft   Contract Type:  Temporary   What We Offer:    Competitive pay: -12.71 per hour (up to 40 hours), -19.07 per hour (overtime).  Steady hours with potential for permanent roles after 12 weeks of positive performance and a successful interview.  Flexible shifts (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am; occasional 12-hour shifts available).  Onsite support from the Gi Group team. Operate industrial processing machinery to ensure smooth production.  Apply strict food hygiene and safety standards.  Conduct quality control checks to maintain high product standards.  Handle packaging and labelling of finished goods.  Work in a fast-paced food production environment, which may be either warm or cold depending on the department.         What You Need to Succeed:    At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.  Proficiency in operating machinery, quality checking, and packaging.
