Details of a Production Operative

Salary - -12.71 per hour

Working Hours are - Monday to Thursday (Apply online only)

Location - Northampton

Duration - Temp on going

Role of a Production Operative

• Building products on the assembly line
• Help pack at the end of line
• Following safety and efficiency procedures to ensure that operations run smoothly.
• Inspecting assembled products for any faults or defects.
• Reporting incidents, product imperfections on the assembly line
• Working with hand tools
• Utilising the forklift when required
• Can involve some heavy lifting

Requirements for a Production Operative

• Good knowledge of manufacturing safety protocols and regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good physical stamina as well as stand for hours at a time.
• Forklift license preferred
• Be able to work in different departments depending on the requirements
