Production Operative Package Overview:

• Rate of Pay: £12.94 per hour
• Location: Milborne Port
• Hours: Monday to Friday -6.30 – 15.00
• Immediate Start, Temporary Contract until end of September/Early October

Production Operative

We are looking for Factory Operatives to join our team. This is a great opportunity for candidates with an interest in working in a factory environment. While prior experience in a factory setting is beneficial, full training will be provided.

Production Operative Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain machinery
• Prepare materials for production
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed
• Assist in the production line and keep operations running smoothly
• Some heavy lifting may be required

Production Operative Skills and Experience Required:

• Ideally, experience in a factory or manufacturing environment (training will be provided)
• Ability to work efficiently and follow instructions
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed
• Own Safety boots required
