Job Description: Production Operative

What you will do:

Full training will be given. Our client also has translators on site to help.

In this job, you will help make and pack flowers.

You may need to:

• Put flowers, leaves, or decorations onto the production line.
• Make bouquets.
• Prepare flowers in glass jars or pots.
• Wrap bouquets.
• Put bouquets into boxes or buckets.
• Check that the bouquets are made correctly.
• Tell the Line Leader if something is wrong.
• Handle flowers carefully so they do not get damaged.
• Put the correct labels on flowers, plants, and packaging.
• Keep your work area clean and tidy.
• Follow customer instructions when packing flowers.
• Work safely and keep up with the production line.

Important information:

Our client does-not-have a Sponsor Licence, so we cannot offer visa sponsorship.

You must have your own transport because of where we are located.

Shift One

Sunday - Tuesday 10:00am - 10:00pm & Wednesday 14.30pm - 10:00pm

23 days holiday Including Bank Holiday

Shift Two

Wednesday 06:00 - 13:30 & Thursday - Saturday 06:00 -18:00

Basic Rate -12.71 Per hour

Rate 12-24 Months -12.91 per hour

Rate 2 years plus -13.11 per hour
