Production Operative

Found Industrial are looking for Factory Operatives to work alongside our client in Redhill. The role will include working within the factory as part of a team, following supervisor instructions and always adhering to health and safety. The role is on a temporary basis, with the potential for permanent employment.The Role of Production Operative:Full time, Monday to FridayRotating shift patternWeek 1: 5am 12:30pmWeek 2: 12.30pm 8pm Duties of Production Operative:Quality controlUsing small hand toolsOperating machinery (training provided)Ensuring items are manufactured to the highest qualityRequirements for Production Operative:Must drive or have own transport due to location and start timeGood level of written and verbal English requiredAble to stand for long periodsEye for detailBenefits for Production Operative:Weekly pay on a FridayPotential for permanent position after 3 monthsEmployer pension contribution scheme We are happy to accept individuals with warehouse, factory, distribution, forklift or drivers mate experience.
