Production OperativeBanbury, OX17 3AA (Own transport essential) Full-time, permanent £30,700 per annum basic (before allowances, bonuses and overtime) Expected earnings when proficient: over £37,000 including bonus + anticipated overtime Excellent benefits including loyalty bonus, production bonus, and auto-enrolment pension scheme Please note: Applicants must be authorised to work in the UK The Production Operative role is an opportunity for individuals with drive and a good level of communication to work within a small, dedicated team in a long-standing, well-established business. The job will encompass working within a production and storage facility, where you will be dealing with both raw materials (goods in) and finished products (goods out). At its most basic, there will be manual labour involved to keep the storage and production areas clean and tidy (sweeping, scraping and shovelling). You will be fully trained to use the CB FLT and modern bucket loaders, as well as how to control the loading and unloading of lorries safely. Once you are fully competent, and have been integrated into the shift system, a weekly bonus will be paid.
