Production Operative - Market Drayton 4 on 4 off (Days and Nights) Starting Salary £32,011 Contract: Fixed Term Contract - 12 months We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join our Market Drayton site as part of Müller''s UK Manufacturing Operation on a fixed term contract basis. Key Responsibilities Operating manufacturing machinery in line with procedures Supporting a strong Health and Safety culture Meeting production and waste targets Minimising machine downtime and supporting basic maintenance Maintaining high hygiene and housekeeping standards Identifying faults and escalating issues promptly Demonstrating flexibility across tasks and shifts About You Experience within a production or manufacturing environment (food manufacturing desirable) Good mechanical aptitude Strong teamwork and communication skills Awareness of Health and Safety and food hygiene standards A proactive and reliable approach to work What We Offer Competitive salary of £32,011 5% bonus 282 hours annual leave Company pension and life assurance Progression and development opportunities Müller rewards platform (800+ discounts) Free uniform/PPE And of course free yogurts!
