Production Operative

We are recruiting for a Production Operative to support a sterile production team at a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer in Worthing. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a small team and is comfortable working in both pharmaceutical preparation areas and cleanroom environments. Some heavy lifting is required, so candidates must be confident with manual handling tasks.As a Production Operative you will play a vital part in ensuring all equipment, components, and materials are sterilised and prepared for production. Part of the role involves moving goods between buildings using the company van, therefore a clean driving licence is essential.You must also be comfortable being fully gowned and working in Grade A, B and C cleanrooms for part of the shift.As a Production Operative, your key responsibilities will include:Completing work requests to meet production demandOperating machinery to sterilise and sanitise equipmentManaging consumable stock levels across production areasEnsuring all activities are completed to GMP standardsSupporting the cleaning and disinfection of Grade A/B/C areasUnloading cleanroom machinery and preparing materials for useRequirements for the Production Operative:Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment wearing full PPEAbility to perform some heavy liftingStrong communication skills and a team-focused mindsetAbility to follow GMP processes and documentationClean UK driving licence (required)Benefits for the Production ..... full job details .....
