Production Operative (Temp to Perm)

Location:-Bridgwater

Hours:-Full Time | Permanent | Monday to Friday 8am until 4.30pm with a 1pm finish on a Friday-

Key Responsibilities of a Production Operative:

• Perform dimensional and visual inspections of all products.-
• Operate various production machinery, including weighing, mixing, and pressing equipment.-
• Set up tooling for production runs.-
• Conduct quality checks throughout the production process.-
• Carry out all operations as outlined in production paperwork and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).-
• Maintain a clean and organised work area at all times.-
• Work flexibly and be willing to be transferred to other production areas as needed.-
• Perform all work activities in accordance with health and safety requirements.-
• Maintain a high standard of punctuality and attendance.-
• Work well under the pressure of deadlines.-

Key Skills of a Production Operative:

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is beneficial.-
• Good manual dexterity.-
