Production Operative - Final Inspection

Do you have experience in a manufacturing or factory role?Do you have good administration skills and an eye for detail?Are you physically fit?Our client, a leading engineering firm based in Sittingbourne, are looking to recruit Final Inspection Operative to work with their production team . Specialising in manufacturing precision engineered components they are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated individual with a passion for ensuring product quality and timely delivery.Main DutiesPerform final stage component inspections, both visual and measuring as appropriate.Perform final stage corrections as needed using hand toolsProperly pack and label finished products for safe transport and delivery.Collaborate with the logistics team to schedule and coordinate shipments.Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at all times.Maintain a clean and organized workspace.RequirementsExperience in a Manufacturing/Factory/Production/Quality environment.Experience with both hand tools and basic measuring equipmentStrong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.Good administration and basic computer skills for record-keeping and data entry.
