Annual Salary: £30850.56 (includes basic plus shift allowance of 20%) x basic hourly rate 3 Shift rotation: 22.00 - 06.00, 14.00 - 22.00. 06.00 - 14.00 Production Operative - Extrusions Our Client is a seal manufacturing facility in Newton Aycliffe. Part of a Global Manufacturing facility, who are the leader''s in the manufacturing of sealing solutions . They are currently hiring for Production Operatives to join our team. Job Description: To manufacture weather seals in a safe manner. (Extrusions Department) Fully embrace our Core Values. To work in the section in a safe and efficient manner to achieve the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Targets (OEE, Scrap,OTIF,Quality Standards ,Throughput and Productivity). Work as part of the team on agreed objectives with Section Leader and Production Manager. Actively promote ''Best and Safe Practice'' in all areas. Actively promote ''CREED'' Support Section Leader in achieving through objectives. Ensure informative handover is effectively communicated to succeeding operator, any points of note written; signed and dated; in handover book. Any other duties deemed necessary by Section Leader.
