Production Operator We are currently recruiting for Production Operators to join a busy and well-established manufacturing operation working across various shifts.This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with manufacturing or production experience who are looking for long-term opportunities, structured training, and strong earning potential through shift allowances.Shift PatternContinental shifts-12 x 12.20 shifts split over 7 days and 5 nights working 2 weekends out of 4.Double Days- Monday to Thursday 6am to 14.30pm, Friday 6am to 11am and then back shift is 14.20pm to 22.50pm Monday to Thurs and Friday 10:50am to 15.50am.Day shift- 7am to 4pmThe RoleYou will be responsible for operating and monitoring industrial production equipment while ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and to tight quality tolerances.This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written SOPs and production processes accurately.Duties IncludeOperating industrial machinery and production equipmentMeasuring materials using tape measures and digital verniersCutting materials using wet and dry industrial sawsGrinding using industrial grindersBonding and cement mixing applicationsUsing bonding lamps to cure materialsRecording production information accuratelySupporting 5S and housekeeping standardsFollowing health and safety procedures at all timesSkills and Experience RequiredPrevious manufacturing or production experienceExperience working shiftsStrong work ..... full job details .....
