Production Operative Location: Leamington SpaSalary: £13.45-£16.14 per hour + overtimeShifts: Days, Afternoons and NightsJob Type: Temporary ongoing Empowered Personnel are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing operation based in Leamington Spa. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced production environment where you will be involved in the manufacture, finishing, preparation and dispatch of a range of bespoke products. The Role As a Production Operative, your duties will include: • Producing and finishing products to a high standard• Operating production machinery and equipment• Preparing goods for dispatch• Processing customer orders• Packing and shipping finished products• Carrying out quality checks• Following production and health and safety procedures• Working as part of a busy production team Shift Patterns The standard static shift patterns are: • Morning: 6:00am - 2:00pm• Afternoon: 2:00pm - 10:00pm• Night: 10:00pm - 6:00am Please note: You must be flexible with your working hours initially. During the training and start-up period, you may be required to work an alternative shift pattern, such as 8:00am - 4:00pm, until the permanent shift pattern is established. Pay Rates Days and Afternoons • Monday-Friday: £13.45 per hour• Saturday overtime: £20.18 per hour (rate paid if you have worked Monday-Friday)• Sunday overtime: £26.90 per hour (rate paid if you have worked Monday-Saturday) Nights • Monday-Friday: £16.14 ..... full job details .....
