Location: Coventry CV7 Shift: Monday Thursday (Apply online only) Friday 07 00 About the Role We are currently recruiting for reliable Production Operatives to join a market leading manufacturing business. This is a hands-on role combining machine operation and manual duties, supporting the production process. You will be working as part of a team to ensure production runs efficiently while maintaining high quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Operating CNC and other production machinery Loading and unloading products from Machines Cutting materials to required sizes using machinery Assembling products accurately to job specifications Packing, shrink-wrapping, and preparing goods for dispatch Moving materials around the production area Maintaining quality standards at all times Following all health and safety procedures What We re Looking For Experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly (preffered) Comfortable working with machinery and learning new processes Good attention to detail Physically capable of manual handling duties Reliable, punctual, and a team player Positive attitude and willingness to learn looking for long term on going work Please submit your CV to apply and the team will be in touch ..... full job details .....
