Production Operative - Electronics/Industrial Cleaning

Location: EastbournePay Rate: 15.25 per hourHours: 37 hours per weekMonday - Thursday: 08:00 - 16:45Friday: 07:00 - 12:00 About the RoleWe are recruiting for a Production Operative to join a highly process-driven manufacturing environment. Accuracy, consistency, and strict adherence to procedures are essential in this role. Please note that the cleaning aspect of this role involves small products and components, rather than general domestic cleaning duties.Key ResponsibilitiesPacking complete products in line with specificationsCleaning components and work areas to strict industrial standardsPotting of PCA (Printed Circuit Assemblies) using preset programs on industrial equipmentFollowing Bill of Materials (BOMs) to ensure correct components, leaflets, and packagingWorking to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and DandT specifications (full training provided)Maintaining quality standards where any deviation could impact manufacturing outcomesSkills and ExperienceAbility to read and follow BOMs, SOPs, and technical instructions (desired but not essential as training is giving)Strong attention to detail and a process-driven mindsetReliable, consistent, and quality-focusedPrevious manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essentialPhysical RequirementsActive role requiring standing for extended periodsAbility to complete repetitive tasks with precisionWhat We''re Looking ForProcess is everything in this role.
