Production Operative

Production Operative We are currently seeking a Production Operative to join our well established client. If you have experience in a manufacturing or production line environment and are looking for a hands-on role where you can make a real impact, we want to hear from you! Job Duties: Prepare and assemble components for machines. Visually inspect products for defects and ensure quality standards are met. Package products in line with customer operating procedures. Perform general duties and cover as required within the department. Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the designated work area. Requirements: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting. Familiarity with thermoplastic. A proactive, self-motivated approach with a willingness to learn. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sense of responsibility and ownership for assigned tasks. Understanding of safe systems of work and waste handling procedures. Flexibility to adapt and support different areas of production as needed. Working hours: Monday to Friday 6am - 2pm. Salary: £27,277 Per Annum.
