Key Responsibilities of the Production Operative Operate extrusion machinery to manufacture hoses from PVC, Polyurethane and other materials. Carry out hose degreasing, testing and reeling operations to meet quality standards. Complete quality checks and production documentation accurately and on time. Follow all Health, Safety and Environmental procedures, including the correct use of PPE and 5S standards. Monitor equipment performance, perform routine safety checks and report faults or maintenance issues promptly.
