About The Role Our Client is seeking Production Operatives to join their manufacturing team on an initial 6-week temporary contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience within a fast-paced production environment, with the potential for a permanent role for successful candidates. The role involves supporting production operations, ensuring products meet quality standards, and contributing to the efficient running of the production process. Key Responsibilities Operate production equipment safely and efficiently. Monitor products throughout the manufacturing process. Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards. Pack, label, and prepare products for dispatch. Maintain production targets while ensuring accuracy and quality. Follow all health and safety procedures. Keep work areas clean, organised, and compliant with company standards. Support the wider production team as required. About You Previous production or manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable, punctual, and hardworking. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Committed to maintaining high standards of health and safety. Benefits 12.71 per hour.
