Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Production Operatives to join a timber truss assembly team in the Cullompton area. This is a great opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals to join a busy production environment. Own transport is required due to location.

Key Duties:

• Work collaboratively with the production team to assemble truss packs efficiently and accurately.

• Perform regular quality checks during the production process.

• Identify and rectify any issues promptly.

• Follow established procedures and guidelines to maintain quality standards.

Requirements:

• Experience in a manufacturing, production or timber-based environment is beneficial but not essential.

• High attention to detail.

• Understanding of health and safety practices.

• Adaptable with a positive and proactive mindset.

• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.

What We Offer:

• -12.22 per hour basic rate.

• -18.33 per hour overtime rate.

• -24.44 per hour Sunday rate.

• Monday to Thursday 7am - 3:30pm and Friday 7am - 2:30pm.
