Production Operative & Rotating Shifts

We''re hiring! The Best Connection Group Oldham is currently recruiting Production Operatives for a trusted client based in Oldham. This role offers long-term work with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Pay & Benefits:

• -12.21 per hour (rising to -12.60 after 12 weeks)
• Overtime available at - 16.50 per hour

Shift Pattern (Rotating Weekly):

• Monday to Friday
• Week 1: 6:30 AM & 2:30 PM
• Week 2: 2:30 PM & 10:30 PM

Key Duties Include:

• Manual handling and moving stock (up to 20kg)
• Wrapping and preparing goods for dispatch
• Monitoring machinery during operation
• Counting and quality-checking stock
• General production line tasks

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual, repetitive tasks
• Positive attitude and team-focused

Benefits & Requirements:

• Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
• 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
• Possible permanent position following a successful trial period
