Job Title: Production Operative - Automotive (Exhausts)
Location: Gainsborough, DN21.
Job Type: [Full-Time] Monday - Thursday 06:00 - 14:30, Friday 06:00 - 13:30

Job Summary:
Our long-established client are seeking reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join their team. The role may involve operating various machinery including rollers, pressers, and other production equipment to assist in the fabrication and assembly of exhaust systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate rollers, press machines, and other manufacturing tools safely and efficiently.

• Assist in the forming, shaping, and assembly of exhaust components.

• Carry out quality checks to ensure parts meet specification.

• Maintain a clean and organised work area.

• Follow health & safety guidelines and report any issues promptly.

• Support continuous improvement efforts and adhere to production schedules.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or automotive environment preferred.

• Ability to operate machinery and follow technical instructions.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
