Production Operative

We are looking for enthusiastic Production Operative-to start work as part of Willis''-expanding friendly team on an ongoing basis.

Must have own car/ transport,-or be able to reliably get lifts.-There is NO-public transport access to the site.

Responsibilities:

• Machine Operation:-Setting up, running, and monitoring production machinery to ensure smooth operations.
• Production Assembly:-Assembling, measuring, and processing raw materials into finished products according to specifications.
• Quality Control:-Inspecting, testing, and checking products for defects to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Packaging & Labeling:-Packing finished goods, attaching labels, and preparing products for dispatch.
• Maintenance & Safety:-Cleaning and maintaining workstations, equipment, and tools, while adhering to strict health and safety regulations.
• Reporting & Targets:-Tracking production output, recording downtime, and collaborating with team members to meet daily targets.-

Production operatives must be able to work in fast-paced environments, requiring physical stamina for standing or lifting, and must be capable of working in shifts.
