Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Production Operative on behalf of a client based in Stafford Park. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the facility. This position requires a proactive individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety standards and quality control measures.

Hours of work are 12 hour days, 4 on - 4 off.

Duties

• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist in the assembly, packing, and quality inspection of products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area.
• Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management promptly.

• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team.

• Ability to lift heavy items when required.
