Key Responsibilities:

• Working on the production line across different stages of the manufacturing process.
• Following standard operating procedures and quality checks.
• Ensuring attention to detail and precision during production.
• Keeping the workspace clean and safe.

Full training is provided - you just need to be a quick learner and comfortable working in a technical, process-driven role. Please note: This role does not involve heavy lifting.

Candidate Requirements:

• Must have own transport due to location (unless based in Thornbury).
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Able to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable and team-focused.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday.
• Weekly rotating shifts:
• Early shift: 6am - 2pm.
• Late shift: 2pm - 10pm.
• Must be available to work one Saturday per month (paid at a premium overtime rate).

Pay & Benefits:

• -13.40 per hour for the first 37.5 hours (Monday-Friday).
• Enhanced overtime pay for weekend and additional hours.

• 25 days'' annual leave + bank holidays (after 12 weeks).
