POSITION: Production Operative

Adecco are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operative to join our clients vibrant team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering quality products, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

What We Offer:

  • Pay: -12.21 PH
  • Temporary ongoing role.
  • Full-Time Opportunity: Monday-Thursday 6:00AM-2:00PM and Friday 6:00AM-1:00PM.

Your Role:
As a Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. Your attention to detail and effective communication skills will be essential in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor production machinery
  • Conduct quality checks on products throughout the production process
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain efficiency and productivity
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organised work environment
  • Produce ceramic coating products daily, efficiently, and cost-effectively in line with targeted objectives using recognised safe operating and environmentally compliant working practices.
  • Execute the manufacture of ceramic products in accordance with the relevant process specifications to meet schedule and due date requirements.
  • Carry out the processes and procedures as documented in the works instructions and as directed by the Plant Manager and Production Supervisor.
  • Ensure that the product is manufactured in accordance with the work instructions and process specifications
  • Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately at the start and end of each shift.
  • Ensure appropriate and effective integration of health and safety policies and procedures into working practices
  • Ensure that any health and safety issues that cannot be resolved are reported promptly to the Production Supervisor, Plant Manager, or EHS Manager.
  • Report all near misses and accidents to Production Supervisor / Plant Manager.

What We''re Looking For:

  • Attention to detail is a must! You''ll need to ensure every product is up to standard.
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively within the team.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing is a plus, but not essential!
