Production Operative

We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join our clients friendly and expanding team based in Swadlincote. As a key part of our production process, you’ll be helping to manufacture high-quality roofing products in a clean, organised, and safe working environment.

• Starting pay of £13.27 per hour, with increases up to £14.39 as you gain skills and experience

• Permanent position after 12 weeks of work is complete

Shifts available:

• AM – 06:00 to 14:25 (Total of 45-minute unpaid break)
• PM – 15:00 to 23.00 (Total of 45-minute unpaid break)
• Nights - 23:15 to 05:45 (20-minute unpaid break, 6.5 hours worked, paid for 8 hours)

Job role duties as a Production Operative:

• Working within a factory environment on various machinery.
• Measuring materials.
• Quality checking.
• Assembling together parts to make a roofing product.
• Using a nail gun.

• The ability to work well in a team
• Confidence using a tape measure and following basic measurements accurately
• A willingness to learn and grow within the role
