Production Operative

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Production Operative to join their busy manufacturing environment.

Hours of work would be-Monday - Friday 3 shifts - 6.15am-2.15pm, 2.15pm-10.15pm, 10.15pm-6.15am 37.5 hours per week.

This role operates on a three-shift pattern, Monday to Friday, so flexibility is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading machinery

  • Setting and operating factory equipment

  • Carrying out general housekeeping duties

  • Working to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and achieving KPIs

  • Adhering to Health, Safety, and Quality standards at all times

  • Promoting a positive team culture throughout the factory

Experience & Skills Required:

  • Previous experience within a manufacturing/production environment

  • Evidence of stability and commitment throughout your working career

  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently

  • Punctual, reliable, and hardworking

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
