Production Operative

Multitask Recruitment Solutions are working in Partnership with a Well Established Company in Leyland. We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives.

About the Role:
We are recruiting Production Operatives to join the banking department at a company in Leyland. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business where attention to detail and teamwork are highly valued. The role involves working on fulfilment tasks within the tables area, supporting the smooth running of operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out production and fulfilment tasks accurately and efficiently

• Handle and process products to required standards

• Operate basic computer systems to complete tasks and record information

• Follow instructions from team leaders and supervisors

• Work to targets while maintaining quality and compliance standards

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Hours:

• Monday to Thursday – 8:00am to 4:30pm

• Friday – 7:30am to 4:00pm

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English (both spoken and written)

• Basic computer skills (able to use systems with guidance)

• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

• Team player with a positive and reliable attitude

• Previous experience in a production/fulfilment environment is beneficial but not essential
