Acorn by Synergie is proud to be recruiting Production Operatives for our client - a leading manufacturer based in Widnes. This is an excellent opportunity to join a modern facility in a hands-on, fast-paced environment with weekly pay and immediate starts available.
About the Role:
As a Production Operative, you''ll be part of a team responsible for operating machinery, packing products, and ensuring high-quality output. The role involves both day and night shifts, working on a rotating 4 on, 4 off shift pattern.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery safely and efficiently.
- Pack and prepare items for dispatch.
- Perform quality checks on finished goods.
- Follow site safety, hygiene, and 5S procedures.
- Work collaboratively to meet daily production targets.
- Carry out manual handling tasks where required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Experience working 12-hour shifts or a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern.
- A proactive and reliable attitude.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
- Awareness of 5S / lean manufacturing principles is desirable.
Shift Pattern:
- 2 x 12-hour Day Shifts - 6:45am to 7pm.
- 2 x 12-hour Night Shifts - 6:45pm to 7am.
- Then 4 days off (Repeat cycle).
Pay Rate:
- -13.67 per hour.
- Paid weekly.
