We''re looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join a growing company in Aldridge specialising in building houses from wooden frames. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a skilled team, working on a variety of tasks including:

• Timber frame assembly
• Plastering
• Brick slip installation
• Cladding work

Pay & Benefits:

• Starting pay: -12.21 per hour - rising to -13.02 per hour with experience
• Attendance bonus: -30 for every 2 full weeks worked
• Hours: 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• Great team atmosphere and full training provided

Requirements:

• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Previous experience in construction or similar trade is beneficial but not essential
