Production Operative

Rapid Personnel are recruiting for Production Operatives to join our established and premium food product supplier based in Shepton Mallet. This is a critical position within the business to ensure the production operations run smoothy and customer orders are fulfilled to the highest standard.

Responsibilities

• Working on a production line, cutting and packaging food products.
• Monitoring quality control of products coming down the line.
• Follow established procedures for food safety and hygiene.
• Ensure compliance and quality standards are met at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and efficiency.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the workplace.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food production is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts as required by the production schedule.

Hours & Pay

• Monday to Friday
• 37.5 hours
• 6:00am to 14:00pm
• From -12.60 per hour
• Starting immediately
• Temporary position for the remainder of 2025
