Production Operative (Forklift)Job PurposeTo accurately weigh out synthetic and natural aroma chemicals, oils and powder chemicals to a given formulation in accordance with the company Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.Ps) and health and safety guidelines. To work as part of a team, maintaining all aspects of Health, Safety and hygiene. Communicating with other departments on any issues to ensure we maintain a high level of customer service.Tasks and ResponsibilitiesThis is a PM shift role and the responsibilities will include: Checking tank/s labels with paperwork making sure they are correct and matching each otherEnsure all equipment is always kept clean Compound RM s according to the formulationEnsuring use of raw materials in FIFO orderMaking sure completed jobs are combined and then check weighed before packingComplete handover/graveyard sheets accordingly if job cannot be completedReport any errors or spills immediatelyEnsuring all health, safety and hygiene procedures are followedAny other tasks required as part of daily work Skills and Attributes Required Enthusiastic and a team playerExcellent self-motivation with the ability to work on one''s ownGood IT skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX will be an advantageExcellent Numeracy and communication skillsAble to work efficiently and effectively with attention to detailGood time managementFLT License ..... full job details .....
