Connect Appointments are recruiting Production Operatives to join an established food manufacturing business based in Shotts, North Lanarkshire.Our client operates a busy food production facility, offering a choice of early, back or night shift to suit your working preferences.What''s on offer?Ongoing temporary positionYour choice of:Early Shift: Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pm or 7am to 3pm (early finish every Friday!)Back Shift: Monday to Friday, 2pm to 10pm (early finish every Friday!)Night Shift: Monday to Thursday, 10pm to 6am, and Friday, 8pm to 3am 13.05 p/h to 15.01 p/h (rising after completing 12 weeks)Paid weekly - with all breaks paid Full training providedAs a Production Operative, your duties will include:Preparing, making and packing high-quality food products across various production areasAccurately labelling products, ensuring dates and batch numbers are correctPacking finished goods into boxes and crates in line with customer specificationsCompleting quality checks and production documentation accuratelyMaintaining a clean and organised work environment in line with food safety and hygiene standardsTo be considered as a Production Operative, you will need:Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment (beneficial)The ability to follow verbal and written instructions accuratelyGood attention to detail and strong time-keeping skillsOwn transport preferable due to site location and working hoursInterested in this Production Operative role?
