Production Operative (Concrete/Building Supplie)

Job OverviewWe are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Concrete Operative to join our team. As a member of the production team, the Concrete Operative will be involved in a wide range of duties within the factory environment, playing a key role in the delivery of our cast stone products.Position Type: Full time - 45 hours a week, Monday to Friday (06:00 - 16:00)Key Duties/ResponsibilitiesIncluding but not limited to:Filling moulds with wet and semi-dry concrete.Stripping, cleaning, oiling and reassembling moulds ready for reuse.Setting moulds with fixings and reinforcements as specified.Operating the mixers.Floating, etching and blinding-in the finished goods.Cleaning down the plant at the end of each shift.Maintaining a tidy work environment.Person DescriptionEssential:Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independentlyAbility to prioritise tasks in line with production targets and health and safety requirementsExcellent time keeping, attendance and flexibility with a positive attitudeDesirable:Construction/manufacturing industry experienceJob Types: Full-time, Temp to permWork Location: In personINDTRO ..... full job details .....
