Production Operative

Job Title: Production Operative (x2 positions available) Hourly Rate: £12.21 per hour Shift Pattern: 06 00, Monday to Friday Location: Coleshill About the Role: We are currently recruiting for two Production Operatives to join a busy and growing manufacturing facility. This role involves working on the early shift and supporting daily production operations to ensure products are made to a high standard and delivered on time. The ideal candidates will have previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and quality. Key Responsibilities: Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with safety and quality standards Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures accurately Perform visual and manual quality checks on products Assist in setting up production lines and preparing materials Maintain a clean and organised work area Report any faults, defects, or safety concerns to the supervisor Meet daily production targets while minimising waste Work effectively as part of a team to support continuous workflow Adhere to health and safety policies and wear appropriate PPE at all times Skills and Experience Required: Previous experience in a production, assembly, or factory environment preferred Good level of physical fitness manual handling will be required Reliable and punctual with a strong attendance record Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision Good communication skills ..... full job details .....
